Getting started with Brandloop

Brandloop turns one website into a repeatable brand content loop in five steps: import public brand sources, review the drafted Brand DNA, generate campaign assets with the credit price quoted before every run, approve the work you want to keep, and schedule approved posts to your channels.

Step 1: Add your website

Start from the website field on the homepage or from a new workspace, and paste your site URL. Brandloop reads the public pages and profiles you point it at and drafts a brand profile from what it finds. Nothing is generated or published in this step.

  • Works from public sources: your website and public social profiles.
  • Extraction drafts brand facts, voice, audience context, and visual cues.
  • You can add or remove sources before moving on.

Step 2: Review your Brand DNA

The drafted Brand DNA is a proposal, not a fact sheet. Review it before you generate anything: correct facts, remove weak claims, adjust the voice, and approve the rules generation should follow. Extracted facts stay linked to the sources they came from so you can check every claim.

  • Approve, edit, or remove each drafted fact and rule.
  • Source citations show where a claim came from.
  • Generated work reads from the reviewed profile, not from raw extraction.

Step 3: Generate with a quoted credit price

Create campaign assets, captions, and copy from your approved Brand DNA. Before a run starts, Brandloop shows the exact credit price for that run. Credits are only consumed for outputs that complete: credits held for failed or incomplete outputs are released back to your balance automatically.

  • The exact credit price appears before you confirm a run.
  • Only completed outputs consume credits; failed portions are released.
  • Your plan's monthly credits and any top-ups fund generation runs.

Step 4: Approve what you want to keep

Generated work stays in draft until someone in your workspace approves it. Approval is the gate between generation and publishing: edit or discard drafts, keep the assets that match your brand, and record the approval decision.

  • Drafts stay private to your workspace until approved.
  • Approval keeps a human decision between AI output and your audience.
  • Every plan includes the approval workflow; it is not a paid add-on.

Step 5: Schedule approved posts

Approved content moves to the calendar, where you plan dates and destinations. Connect channels to schedule directly; where a destination is not connected or supported yet, you can still download approved assets and publish them manually.

  • The calendar organizes approved content by date and destination.
  • Channel support varies by destination; download always works.
  • Scheduled work stays visible and reviewable before it goes out.

Bring in your team

Every Brandloop plan includes unlimited seats, so reviewers and approvers can join without changing your bill. Invite teammates once the first campaign is in review — approval works best when the person who knows the brand signs off.

Limitations and boundaries

  • This guide describes the product loop; it does not grant account access. Generation runs require a Brandloop account with available credits.
  • Output quality depends on the sources you provide and the review you do. Brandloop does not guarantee originality, compliance, or business results.
  • Direct publishing support varies by destination. Scheduling, approval, and download workflows remain product-controlled.

Common questions

How much does a generation run cost?
Each run shows its exact credit price before you start it. Costs vary by model and output settings, and only completed outputs consume credits. The pricing page lists plan credit amounts and top-ups.
Can generation run before Brand DNA review?
The loop is built to generate from approved brand context. Review the drafted profile first — that review is what keeps output on-brand.
Do I need an API key or MCP client to get started?
No. The walkthrough is entirely in-product. API keys and MCP tools are optional automation paths for the same loop.
Can I skip approval and publish directly?
No. Brandloop keeps a human approval step between generated work and publishing actions on every plan.
