Brandloop's trust surface explains how public discovery differs from private workspace data, where to find policies, and which claims still require provider or compliance evidence.
Security and access
Public pages, docs, markdown files, API reference, and OpenAPI are intentionally crawlable. Workspaces, assets, generation records, API operations, billing actions, and channel connections require authenticated or scoped access.
Privacy and policy links
Brandloop publishes privacy, terms, and cookie policy pages for public review. These pages describe product data categories, consent behavior, provider boundaries, and request contacts.
Crawler boundary
Robots rules and sitemap entries help crawlers and agents find public resources. They do not secure private routes and should not be treated as access control.
Claim boundaries
- The trust center is not a SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, penetration-test, uptime, or compliance attestation.

- Security and compliance claims should be updated only from verified evidence.
