Cookie Policy

This policy explains Brandloop cookie and browser-storage categories. Brandloop uses CookieConsent to store preferences locally and does not currently load browser analytics or marketing scripts.

Current setup

Necessary cookies and browser storage keep Brandloop working. Optional categories are available for consent choices, but Brandloop does not currently load browser analytics, marketing, or browser monitoring scripts. Preferences may load Intercom Messenger for authenticated in-app support if it is configured and you opt in.

How preferences are stored

Brandloop uses Orest Bida CookieConsent v3 to store consent choices in the browser using the library's local storage mechanism. Necessary cookies remain active because the app cannot work without them. Optional categories are available for integrations. Brandloop does not currently attach browser analytics, marketing, or browser monitoring scripts to those categories; Intercom Messenger may attach to Preferences for signed-in support only.

Cookie categories

NecessaryAlways onRequired for app routing, security, authentication sessions, account/team access, billing state, and core product operation. These may include Next.js runtime behavior and Supabase/Basejump session handling.
AnalyticsFuture optional categoryReserved for future browser product analytics. Brandloop does not currently load browser analytics scripts.
MarketingFuture optional categoryReserved for future campaign measurement, advertising, retargeting, or conversion tags. Brandloop does not currently load marketing pixels.
PreferencesOptional categoryUsed for optional authenticated support messaging and future workspace or interface preferences that are not required for core app operation. Intercom Messenger may load only for signed-in app users after Preferences consent and app configuration are present.
MonitoringFuture optional categoryReserved for browser diagnostics such as Sentry error monitoring if enabled in a future release. Brandloop does not currently initialize browser monitoring. Sentry may still be used for server or edge diagnostics if configured with privacy controls.
